Our NoVo team elected HR team of the year
During the HR Night of Thursday 22 April 2010 the verdict was delivered… Over 800 HR professionals witnessed the fact that the FPS Social Security's NoVo team was elected HR team of the Year. A reward for 3 years of hard labour making our FPS' image sexy.
Sexy FPS and NoVo… for 3 years, the FPS Social Security's NoVo team shed blood, sweat and tears modernising the organisation. The team succeeded in realising a straightforward philosophy: a sexy organisation where working is fun and where each person is the director of his own life.
3 years of NoVo, 11 NoVo team members, over 200 volunteers, about 80 projects… NoVo is about culture, teamwork and leadership development, about digitising and modernising the IT infrastructure, about dynamic office, pubic cooperation and so much more.
